弗氏柠檬酸杆菌的筛选、鉴定及对分散蓝2BLN脱色性能 被引量:1

摘要 通过控制染料浓度梯度驯化市政污泥,分离得到一株高效蒽醌分散蓝2BLN脱色菌,经16SrDNA基因序列分析,鉴定为弗氏柠檬酸杆菌.研究不同的温度、转速、接种量和pH对菌株弗氏柠檬酸杆菌生长条件及其对蒽醌分散蓝2BLN的降解.结果表明:在30~40℃、100~150r·min-1、10%~20%、pH=6~7范围内,菌株能很好地生长,该菌株最适生条件为30℃、150r·min-1、15%及pH=7;菌株在最适生长条件下,对蒽醌分散蓝2BLN(40mg·L-1)具有较高的脱色能力,最高脱色率可达86.10%. A strain which can decolorize anthraquinone Disperse Blue 2BLN efficiently is isolated by domesticating municipal sludge with dye concentration gradient. The strain has been identified as Citrobacter freundii by 16S rRNA gene sequence. The study of the growth conditions of the strain includes temperature,oscillation frequency,inoculation amounts and pH,and its degradation to anthraquinone Disperse Blue 2BLN. The results show that the strain can grow well at temperatures 30~40 ℃,oscillation frequency 0~150 r·min-1,inoculation amounts 10%-20%,and pH = 6~7,and the optimal growth conditions for Citrobacter freundii are: 30 ℃,150 r·min-1,15% inoculum and pH = 7. Under the optimum growth conditions,the strain possesses high decolorization ability to anthraquinone Disperse Blue 2BLN(40 mg·L-1),the highest decolorization rate is 86.10%.
