摘要
文章为研究乳化沥青冷再生混合料的路用性能,掌握水泥、RAP料等对其影响规律,利用重型击实方法成型乳化沥青冷再生混合料,分析水泥用量、RAP用量的变化对乳化沥青冷再生混合料的干湿劈裂强度比、稳定度、残留稳定度、抗压回弹模量及粘聚力等指标的影响。试验结果显示:随着水泥用量的增加,干湿劈裂强度比和残留稳定度值呈先增加后下降的趋势,二者存在最佳用量范围,而稳定度值呈增加趋势;随着RAP用量的增加,劈裂强度指标、抗压回弹模量指标和粘聚力指标均呈下降趋势,稳定度指标呈先下降后增加的趋势。综合分析可知,通过掺加适量的水泥能够改善乳化沥青冷再生混合料的路用性能,而RAP料的最大用量需要依据相关试验进行优化确定。
In order to study the road performance of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture,and master the influence law of cement,RAP material,etc.,this article uses the heavy-duty compaction method to form the emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture,analyze the influence of the changes in cement dosage and RAP dosage on dry-wet splitting strength ratio,stability,residual stability,compressive resilience modulus and cohesion of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture.The test results show that,with the increase of cement dosage,the dry-wet splitting strength ratio and residual stability value increase first and then decrease,and both have the optimal dosage range,while the stability value increases;with the increase of RAP dosage,the splitting strength index,compressive resilience modulus index and cohesion index all show a downward trend,and the stability index decreases first and then increases.Comprehensive analysis shows that the road performance of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture can be improved by adding appropriate amount of cement,and the maximum dosage of RAP material needs to be determined through optimization according to relevant experiments.
