摘要
对矩形废旧叠层轮胎隔震垫进行了竖向力学性能试验,分析了层数、设计压应力对隔震垫竖向压缩性能、竖向变形性能和最大压应力的影响。结果表明:矩形废旧叠层轮胎隔震垫具有可靠的竖向承载力和稳定的竖向变形能力;竖向刚度随着层数的增加逐渐减小;随着设计压应力的增加竖向刚度逐渐增大。
The vertical mechanical performance test of the old rectangular laminated tire isolation pad was carried out.The effects of the number of layers and the design compressive stress on the vertical compression performance,vertical deformation performance and maximum compressive stress are analyzed.The results show that the tire isolation pad has reliable vertical bearing capacity and stable vertical deformation ability.The vertical stiffness decreases with the increase of the number of layers.The vertical stiffness of the design pressure increases gradually.
