摘要
利用Access数据库,结合VBA,实现了马岭公司物资管理系统视窗化。基于Access的物资管理系统开发成本低,开发实现难度小,大大提高了办公物资管理效率和利用率。依据Access数据库的优势,满足数据安全、界面简洁等需求,同时,各数据表建立约束关系,及时发现录入错误。新开发的物资管理系统易学习,系统使用人员培训后短时间内即可全面掌握。
By using Access database and VBA, Material Management System of Maling Company has been realized. The cost of developing material management system based on Access is low and the difficulty of developing and realizing is small, which greatly improves the efficiency and utilization of office material management. According to the advantages of Access database, it meets the requirements of data security and simple interface. At the same time, the data tables establish constraints to detect input errors in time. The newly developed material management system is easy to learn and can be fully mastered within a short period of time after training.
