中外合作办学复合型医疗保险人才培养模式研究——以广西某医学院校为例

Education model forinter-disciplinary medicalinsurance talents of Sino——Foreign cooperation programs-a case study of a certain medical university in Guangxi

近年来我国医药卫生体制改革政策带动了对医疗保险人才的巨大需求,而当前医疗保险人才存在着供不应求和质量不高等问题,探索培养适应社会需求的医疗保险专业人才新模式是高校尤其是各类医学院校的当务之急。文章基于广西某医学院校中外合作办学人才培养模式,研究了该模式的特点和创新处,有利于提升中外合作办学教育质量,为复合型医疗保险人才培养提出相关参考建议。

In recent years, China's medical and health system reform policy has led to a huge demand for medical insurance talents. However, the current medical insurance talents are in short supply and poor quality. It is urgent for universities, especially medical colleges, to explore a new mode of training medical insurance professionals to meet the needs of society. Based on the training mode of Sino-foreign cooperative education in a medical college in Guangxi, this paper studies the characteristics and innovations of this mode, which is conducive to improving the quality of Sino foreign cooperative education, and puts forward relevant reference suggestions for the training of compound medical insurance talents.
