摘要
介绍了激冷系统的作用、分类及设计原则,对激冷系统的材料及性能进行了分析。并且对激冷系统的设计和管理的失误及冷铁失效的原因进行了分析,并提出了相应的解决措施,以及冷铁设计的标准化和具体的管理措施。建议一般小型铸件用冷铁的使用次数不超过10次,大型铸件用的冷铁限定在5~8次,石墨冷铁可使用20~30次。
Function,classification and design principle of the chilling system were introduced. Materials used for the chilling system and their properties were analyzed. The faults in design and management of the chilling system and the reason why the cold iron failed were analyzed, and the corresponding measures were put forward. Standardization of design and special management measures for the cold iron were given. It was suggested that the cold iron is used not more 10 times for conventional small castings, 5 to 8 times for large-sized castings, and graphite chill may be used 20 to 30 times.
