摘要
微生态制剂作为一种新型活性物质被应用于动物生产中,效果十分显著。可通过改善畜禽胃肠道的微生物区系及胃、肠道形态结构,促进营养物质吸收和增强机体免疫。因此,微生态制剂有望逐步取代抗生素作为畜禽养殖中的饲料添加剂,为人们提供更加安全的食品。本文以微生态制剂对畜禽胃、肠道功能的调节作用为切入点,阐述了微生态制剂的分类、特点、功能及其对畜禽胃肠道功能的调节作用研究,以期为进一步的研究及应用提供依据。
As a new kind of active substance, microecologics has been used in animal production with remarkable effect. It can improve the microflora and morphological structure for the stomach and intestinal tract of livestock and poultry, promote the nutrients absorption and enhance the body's immunity. Therefore, microecologics are expected to gradually replace antibiotics as feed additives in livestock and poultry breeding and provide safer food for people. In this review, the regulation effect of microecologics on the stomach and intestinal functions of livestock and poultry was taken as the entry point, the classification, characteristics, functions and effects on the stomach and intestinal tract of microecologics were summarized, hoipng provide basis for further research and application.
