摘要
结合湖北省企业对工程技术人才的需求现状,探讨了武汉工程大学材料化学专业"卓越工程师"协同育人计划项目的实施背景。然后从课程教学、校企合作及国际交流等方面阐述了材料化学专业卓越工程师人才培养模式改革的具体措施。通过人才培养模式改革,提高学生的实践能力与创新能力,满足社会对材料化学专业工程技术人才的需求。
Taken the present situation of Hubei enterprise demand for engineering and technical talent into consideration, the implementation background of “outstanding engineers” project of Materials Chemistry of Wuhan Institute of Technology was analyzed. The talent training mode reform measures were discussed from the perspectives of course teaching, school-enterprise cooperation and international exchange, in order to improve students' practical ability and innovation ability, and meet the social demand for Material Chemistry professional engineering and technical talent of Materials Chemistry.
