上皮样血管肉瘤1例

Epithelioid Angiosarcoma:A Case Report

患者男,64岁,头枕部肿物5年余,增大3个月入院。镜下见真皮内片状异型上皮样细胞,肿瘤细胞异型性明显,胞浆丰富,核仁明显,核分裂象易见,可见不规则裂隙样结构形成,并见片状出血。免疫组织化学染色:CD31(+)、ERG(+)、FIi-1(+)、INI-1(+)、Ki67阳性细胞数大于50%。本病病理及免疫组织化学有其独特的特征,早期行病理检查有助于诊断及鉴别诊断。

A 64 years old male was admitted to hospital because of an occipital mass for over five years. Histopathology showed sheets of atypical epithelioid cells in the dermis, irregular fissures, and extravasated blood. The tumor cells were with abundant cytoplasm, prominent nucleoli, and mitotic figures. Immunohistochemical staining: CD31 (+), ERG (+), FIi-1 (+), INI-1 (+), and more than 50% of Ki67 positive cells. This disease exhibits unique pathological and immunohistochemical features. Early pathological examination is helpful for diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
