随着信息技术在教育教学方面的广泛应用,在线开放课程不仅改变了传统的教学方法与教学手段,还最大限度地实现了优质课程资源和个性化学习的普及与推广。高校应该在加大教师信息化教学能力培养力度的同时,以在线开放课程为抓手,推动打造"金课"。研究从课程设计、视频课程、保障机制等三个方面讨论了在线开放课程的建设模式,推进信息技术与课堂教学深度融合,打造线上线下混合式"金课",增强学生自主性学习和个性化学习的兴趣,提高人才培养质量。

With the deep application of information technology(IT), online open courses did not only revolutionized the teaching methods and education mode, but also maximally promoted the high-quality curriculum resource and personalized learning universal. Thus, universities should enlarge the cultivation of teachers’ IT-based teaching competence. At the same time, universities should develop the construction of online open courses as well from the following aspects: curriculum design, video courses and security system. With these done, universities can promote the fusion of IT and teaching, make top-quality courses with online plus offline blending teaching pattern, increase the level of students’ personalized learning and problem-oriented learning, and revolutionize the transformation from traditional course to flipped classroom. In the end, universities can increase the quality of graduates.
