摘要
目的探讨经皮微创内固定术治疗四肢骨折(粉碎性骨折)的效果。方法选取本院2015年1月至2018年1月收治的60例四肢骨折(粉碎性骨折)患者,根据不同治疗方案将其分为实验组和对照组,各30例。对照组采用常规传统钢板内固定术,实验组采用微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定术,比较两组患者的手术治疗情况,统计并发症发生情况,术后3个月比较两组的临床疗效。结果实验组术中出血量(89.72±8.13)ml少于对照组的(147.36±23.18)ml,手术时间(65.14±8.12)min短于对照组的(92.32±11.19)min,伤口愈合时间(7.63±0.51)周短于对照组的(13.92±1.27)周,术后1周的疼痛评分(5.16±0.68)分低于对照组的(6.25±0.83)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组治疗优良率为93.33%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组并发症发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的26.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经皮微创内固定术治疗四肢骨折可有效减少患者术中出血量,减轻患者术后疼痛感,降低并发症发生率,促进患者术后快速恢复,治疗效果优良。
Objective To investigate the effect of percutaneous minimally invasive internal fixation for the treatment of fractures of the extremi- ties (comminuted fractures). Methods 60 patients with fractures of the extremities (comminuted fractures) admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were enrolled. According to different treatment options, they were divided into experimental group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group used conventional traditional steel plates internal fixation, the experimental group was treated with minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate internal fixation, the surgical treatment of the two groups of patients were compared, the incidence of complications was statistically analyzed, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared 3 months after surgery. Results The intraoperative blood loss (89.72±8.13) ml in the experimental group was less than that in the control group (147.36±23.18) ml, the operation time (65.14±8.12) min was shorter than that in the control group (92.32±11.19) min, and the wound healing time was (7.63±0.51) weeks were shorter than the control group (13.92±1.27) weeks, and the pain score (5.16±0.68) at 1 week postoperatively was lower than that of the control group (6.25±0.83), the differ- ence was statistically significant (P<0.05);the excellent rate of treatment in the experimental group 93.33% was higher than that in the control group 70.00%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 6.67%, lower than 26.67% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Percutaneous minimally invasive internal fixation for the treatment of limb fractures can effectively reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss, reduce postoperative pain, reduce the incidence of complications, and promote rapid recovery after surgery, and the treatment effect is excellent.
