摘要
关注学生对学校教育服务满意度和学生在校活动参与度是教育主管部门及高职院校对学生质量主体地位的重视。基于《2019年高等职业教育质量年报》中的“学生反馈表”项,在统计分析全国高职院校在校生教育满意度和在校活动参与度数据基础上,深入探讨全国东部、中部、西部地区学生在校体验,大一、大二学生在校体验,全国思政育人满意度、专业课教学满意度、教书育人满意度及管理与服务工作满意度等,进而以差异性、发展性、局限性三个属性切入,总结学生在校体验地区差异凸显、教学改革成效初显及全面教育服务有待提高的特征。学生是具有多重角色的教育主体,通过逐步缩小地区差异、关注学生评价权、发挥学生自主性投入等举措,有利于提升学生学习体验和人才培养质量。
Paying attention to students'satisfaction with school education service and students'participation in school activities reflects that educational authorities and higher vocational colleges attaches great importance to students'quality.Based on the"student feedback form"in the 2019 annual report on the quality of higher vocational education,and on the basis of the statistical analysis of the data of students'educational satisfaction and participation in school activities of higher vocational colleges,this study started with the three attributes of difference,development and limitation,and summarized the characteristics of students'regional differences in school experience,the initial effect of teaching reform and the need to improve the comprehensive education service with in-depth analysis of the school experience of students in the eastern,central and western regions of China,the school experience of freshmen and sophomores,the national ideological and political education satisfaction,professional course teaching satisfaction,teaching and education satisfaction,management and service satisfaction,etc.Students are the subject of education with multiple roles.Measures such as gradually narrowing regional differences,paying attention to students'right of evaluation,and giving full play to students'autonomy are conducive to improving students'learning experience and quality of talent cultivation.
