超声在良恶性甲状腺结节中的应用

摘要 目的探究甲状腺结节患者接受超声诊断鉴别结节良恶性质的价值。方法该次研究方便选择2016年10月—2018年10月期间该院接收的116例甲状腺结节患者作为目标,均接受超声诊断,将检查结果与术后病检结果进行对比分析。结果超声检查结果显示,良性结节患者77例,恶性结节患者39例,术后病检结果显示,良性结节患者80例,恶性结节患者36例,超声诊断良性符合率96.25%,恶性符合率92.31%,误诊率分别为3.75%、7.69%。良性结节超声影像中边界清晰度、钙化情况、包膜有无情况均较恶性结节差异有统计学意义(χ^2=41.129、70.284、46.690,P<0.05),且内部回声结果良性结节以混合声为主,恶性结节以低回声为主,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=20.270、31.408,P<0.05)。结论甲状腺结节患者通过超声鉴别良恶性符合率较高,能够反映出结节的不同性质,值得推广。 Objective To investigate the value of ultrasound diagnosis in the diagnosis of benign and malignant nodules in patients with thyroid nodules.Methods A total of 116 patients with thyroid nodules received from our hospital during the period from October 2016 to October 2018 were convenient selected as the target.All patients underwent ultrasound diagnosis.The results were compared with the postoperative results.Results The results of ultrasonography showed 77 patients with benign nodules and 39 patients with malignant nodules.The results of postoperative examination showed that 80 patients with benign nodules and 36 patients with malignant nodules had a benign coincidence rate of 96.25%.The coincidence rate was 92.31%,and the misdiagnosis rate was 3.75%and 7.69%,respectively.The boundary definition,calcification and capsule presence in benign nodule ultrasound images were statistically significantly different from malignant nodules(χ^2=41.129,70.283,46.690,P<0.05),and the internal echo results in benign nodules with mixed sound,malignant nodules with low echo.The difference was statisticaly significant(χ^2=20.270,31.408,P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with thyroid nodules have a high coincidence rate between benign and malignant by ultrasound,which can reflect the different nature of nodules and is worthy of promotion.
