摘要 人是游戏者。当教育处于游戏状态时,儿童就真正成了儿童。江苏省如皋经济技术开发区实验小学依托“游戏教育联盟体”,以江苏省2017年基础教育前瞻性教学改革实验项目“小学游戏课程的开发与实施”为导向,以“游戏育人、和谐发展”为核心理念,开发游戏课程,实施游戏教学,丰富游戏活动,致力于激发游戏动机,发展游戏思维,培育游戏精神,使学生的创造潜能得以开掘,核心素养得以提升。项目实施促进学生快乐成长、教师快速发展,学校办学影响力日渐增强。 Man is a game-player. When education is in the form of games, children can be true children. Our school relies on “game educational alliance” under the guidance of the 2017 project on the prospective teaching reform in basic education entitled “development and implementation of primary school game curriculum” to develop game curriculum and implement game teaching with the core idea of “game educating students and harmonious development”. Meanwhile, our school has enriched the game activities to activate students’ motivation of games, helping them develop their game thinking and cultivating their spirit of games. As a result, students’ creative potentials have been mined and their core accomplishments have been improved. The implementation of the project has promoted students’ happy growth and teachers’ rapid development. Also, the infl uence of running a school is increasing day by day.
