矿粉激发剂对复合胶凝体系激发效果试验研究

摘要 本文首先对矿粉等量取代硅酸盐水泥复合胶凝体系的基本性能进行试验研究,优先选出合适的配方。并选用无水硫酸钠、氢氧化钙、碳酸钠作为矿粉激发剂,研究单掺及复掺的激发效果,根据相关数据确定最佳掺量。研究表明:随着矿粉的不断加入,复合胶凝体系凝结时间逐渐增加,而复合体系的强度在逐渐减弱。单一添加剂对水泥强度的提升有显著作用,但强度变化幅度较大,稳定性不好,而同时添加多种激发剂其稳定性良好但对矿粉水泥强度提升的效果一般。 In this paper,the basic properties of Portland cement composite cementitious system were studied in this paper,and the suitable formula was selected first. Anhydrous sodium sulfate,calcium hydroxide and sodium carbonate were selected as the activators of mineral powder. The results show that with the addition of mineral powder,the setting time of the composite cementitious system increases and the strength of the composite system weakens. A single additive has a significant effect on the slight lifting of cement,but the strength varies greatly and the stability is not good. At the same time,the addition of a variety of activators has good stability but improves the strength of mineral powder cement. The effect of this method is average.
