基于网格化管理的大学校园安全管理探究

Research on Campus Security Management Based on Grid Management

面对我国高校安全管理中存在的诸多问题,高校可以将网格化管理模式引入校园安全管理。结合学校的实际,科学划分安全网格,明确各级网格的工作标准、职责任务,实现对人、物、地、事、组织等不同对象的多元化与精细化管理。学校要建立有效的安全防控机制,做到整体联动,责任明确,不留死角,安全全覆盖;科学部署各级防控任务,校安全网格化管理领导小组的统筹是纽带,分级责任制度是基础,任务和责任的落实是关键。

Faced with many problems in the security management of colleges and universities in China,colleges and universities can introduce grid management mode into campus safety management.Combining with the reality of the school,we can scientifically divide the safety grid,define the working standards and responsibilities of grid at all levels,and realize the diversification and fine management of different objects such as people,objects,places,events and organizations.Schools should establish an effective safety prevention and control mechanism,so as to achieve overall linkage,clear responsibilities,no dead corners,full coverage of security;scientific deployment of prevention and control tasks at all levels,the overall planning of school security grid management leadership team is the link,graded responsibility system is the basis,and the implementation of tasks and responsibilities is the key.
