摘要
智慧医院建设可以优化资源配置,创新服务模式,提高服务效率,降低服务成本,满足人民群众日益增长的医疗卫生健康需求,以患者为中心,真正实现服务最优化。本文研究分析了智慧医院建设的背景、现状,发现智慧医院建设中存在的问题并提出相应的对策,并阐述智慧医院的建设在改善群众就医体验发挥的作用。改善患者就医体验,提升医院服务质量,是智慧医院建设的持续动力。
The construct ion of smart hospital can optimize the allocation of resources,innovate service mode, improve service efficiency,reduce service cost,and meet the increasing medical and health needs of the people.Patient-centered hospital can truly realize the optimization of service.This paper analyzes the background and current situation of the construction of smart hospitals,finds out the problems existing in the construction of smart hospitals and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,and expounds the role of the construction of smart hospitals in improving the medical experience of the masses.Improving patients' medical experience and improving hospital service quality are the continuous driving force for the construction of smart hospitals.
