摘要
从现阶段高校辅导员的工作内容和能力要求角度,新时期高校辅导员工作的开展不但要遵从和借鉴一部分传统辅导员管理工作开展的经验,还需要结合新时期的高校教育实际要求。首先针对高等院校辅导员核心能力的内涵与具备价值进行分析和研究,再进一步从具体提升策略的角度入手,提出建议性的提升策略,该策略具体包括充分发挥辅导员的主观能动性、积极参加学习深造及开展团体集中训练。
Given working contents and ability requirements for college counselors at the present stage, they should carry out their work in the new era by not only following and learning from the traditional experience of some counselors in the past, but also meeting the actual requirements of college education. This paper, firstly analyzes and studies the connotation and value of college counselors’ core competence, and further proposes the specific constructive strategies for promotion, including giving full play to their subjective initiatives, taking active participation and further learning, and conducting group training.
