On the Personality of Gentleman and College Students’ Integrity Education

君子人格是儒家的人格理想,具有丰富的廉洁教育价值。君子人格对培养大学生高贵的廉洁品格、明辨义利的廉洁智慧、家国担当的廉洁情怀等具有重要作用。君子人格告诫人们,大学生廉洁教育应着力于促发大学生的君子人格自觉,夯实大学生君子人格培育的文化根基,推动大学生君子人格培育的道德实践。

The personality of gentleman is the ideal of Confucian personality with rich educational value. The personality of gentleman plays an important role in cultivating college students’ noble and integrtiy character, their clean wisdom of distinguishing righteousness and benefit, and their clear feelings of taking the responsibility of the family as well as the country. The personality of gentleman warns people that college students’ integrity education should focus on promoting the self-consciousness of the gentlemen personality, should consolidate the cultural foundation in cultivating college students’ personality of gentleman, and should promote the moral practice on cultivating personality of gentleman.
