摘要
通过对科研自我效能感概念源起、维度与测量、前因变量和后果变量的梳理,发现未来应在跨文化和跨学科差异性研究的基础上,加强科研效能感本土化构念的探索和测量工具的开发,并推进科研效能感作用机制的系统研究,从而充分发挥其对科研人员培养、激励和管理等方面的作用。
This study reviews the origin of this concept, the construct, measurements, and outcomes. The results show that on the basis of cross-cultural and cross-disciplinary differences, we should strengthen the exploration of the concept of localization of scientific research efficacy and the development of measuring tools, and promote the systematic study of the mechanism of scientific research efficacy, so as to give full play to its role in training, motivation and management of scientific researchers.
