依托乡土资源激发乡村小学生命力的发展路径 被引量:3

摘要 在国家加快实施乡村振兴战略的紧要关头,乡村小学仍然处在不景气的困境中,无法承载乡村振兴的引领重任,所以,探寻乡村小学可持续发展之路紧迫而艰巨。依据乡村小学处于困境的主要原因,依托乡土资源,从实现乡村和村小人文气息的复苏、实施生活化教育激发乡村小学的生命力和发挥乡村小学小班化教学优势三个方面实施改革,让富有乡土情怀的专家型教师和管理者激活乡土文化和乡村学校的生命力,推动乡村小学逐步成为富于人文关怀、有根有魂的美丽乡村校园典范和富有田园诗意的精神栖息地,必将成为乡村小学发展和振兴乡村战略的发展导向。 In the critical juncture of accelerating the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy, rural primary schools are still in the predicament of the recession, which cannot carry the leading task of Rural Revitalization. Therefore, exploring the way to revitalize rural primary schools is urgent and arduous. According to the main reasons why rural primary schools are in a difficult position, and relying on rural local resources, reform should be implemented in three aspects: revival of the humanistic atmosphere in villages and rural primary schools, implementation of life education to stimulate the vitality in rural primary schools and small class teaching. Let the expert teachers and managers who are rich of local feelings for rural education and villages activate the vitality of local culture and rural schools, to promote rural primary schools with humanistic care and beautiful rural campus, which will become the development direction of rural primary school and the Rural Revitalization Strategy.
