高效液相色谱法同时测定感冒清胶囊中对乙酰氨基酚和盐酸吗啉胍含量

Simultaneous Determination of Paracetamol and Moroxydine Hydrochloride in Ganmaoqing Capsules by HPLC

目的建立同时测定感冒清胶囊中对乙酰氨基酚和盐酸吗啉胍含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱采用Waters XTerra C18柱(250 mm×4. 6 mm,5μm),流动相为0. 02 mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(含0. 005 mol/L辛烷磺酸钠,用10%磷酸调pH至3. 0)-甲醇(75∶25,V/V),检测波长为215 nm,流速为1. 0 m L/min,柱温为30℃。结果感冒清胶囊中对乙酰氨基酚和盐酸吗啉胍的分离度符合要求,线性范围分别为96. 66~966. 63μg/mL(r=0. 999 9)和95. 48~954. 80μg/mL (r=0. 999 8),平均回收率分别为99. 37%和100. 04%,RSD分别为0. 66%和1. 53%(n=6)。结论该方法简单、快速、准确,适用于感冒清胶囊的质量控制。

Objective To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of paracetamol and moroxydine hydrochloride in Ganmaoqing Capsules. Methods The chromatographic column was Waters XTerra C18 column( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm),the mobile phase was 0. 02 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution( containing 0. 005 mol/L sodium 1-octanesulfonate,and the p H was adjusted to 3. 0 with 10% phosphate acid)-methanol( 75 ∶ 25,V/V),the detection wavelength was 215 nm,the flow rate was1. 0 m L/min and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The separation of paracetamol and moroxydine hydrochloride in Ganmaoqing Capsules met the requirements,the linear range of paracetamol and moroxydine hydrochloride was 96. 66-966. 63 μg/m L( r =0. 999 9) and 95. 48-954. 80 μg/mL( r = 0. 999 8),respectively. The average recoveries were 99. 37% and 100. 04%,RSDs were0. 66% and 1. 53%( n = 6),respectively. Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and accurate,which is suitable for the quality control of Ganmaoqing Capsules.
