训练课结构视域下的足球教练员与教师的研究分析 被引量:1

摘要 在当今国家大力发展足球运动的背景下,各地纷纷兴办足球事业,各种各样的教练员培训班、裁判员培训班层出不穷。但对于足球教练员与足球体育教师的定位,很多人却混为一谈,而教练员与教师在制定训练计划和目的时,很多地方是背道而驰的,长期将两者混为一体,势必会阻碍我国足球运动的发展。因此,何为足球教练员?何为足球体育教师?这两个看似简单的问题就显得尤为重要了。本文主要采用文献资料法和对比分析法对足球教练员和足球体育教师进行分析,进而厘清两者之间的异同,为两者在训练课中寻找正确的自我定位,以正确的教学方法对待不同学习的群体。结果显示:在训练课的培养目标、准备部分、基本部分和结束部分中,足球教练与体育教师之间都存在较大的差异。 Under the background of the current national efforts to develop football,football has been set up all over the country,a variety of training courses for coaches,referees emerging in an endless number of training courses.However,for the positioning of football coaches and football physical education teachers,many people confuse them.When making training plan and purpose,many places run counter to each other.Mixing the two into one for a long time is bound to hinder the development of Chinese football.So what is a football coach? What is a football physical education teacher? These two seemingly simple questions are particularly important.This paper mainly uses the method of literature and comparative analysis to analyze football coaches and football physical education teachers,and then clarify the similarities and differences between the two,in order to find the correct self-positioning in the training course for the two to treat different groups of learning with the correct teaching method.The results show that there are significant differences between football coach and PE teacher in the training objectives,and in the preparation,basic and ending parts.
