自体疣植入联合光动力治疗对女性复发性尖锐湿疣患者CXCL14水平影响研究

Impact of autoimpantation combined with phtotodynamic therapy on the level of CXCL14 in female patients with recurrent condylomaacuminatum

目的研究自体疣植入光动力联合疗法治疗女性复发性尖锐湿疣患者预后,并探讨其治疗对血清白介素2、CXCL14水平影响研究。方法选取2015年8月至2017年8月宜昌市第三人民医院皮肤科门诊诊治的80例女性尖锐湿疣复发患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组40例。联合治疗组为自体疣植入后微波清除其余疣体,然后联合光动力治疗3次,对照组为微波治疗联合光动力治疗3次;并利用ELISA法检测其血清中白介素2、CXCL14水平。结果 6月后随诊,联合治疗组治愈35例,治愈率87.5%,随诊期间复发次数(1.58±0.74)次;对照组治愈29例,治愈率72.5%,随诊期间复发次数(2.91±1.03)次。与健康体检者组比较联合治疗组与对照组血清IL-2、CXCL14水平明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合治疗组治疗后血清IL-2、CXCL14水平较治疗前明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自体疣植入光动力联合疗法是防止女性复发性尖锐湿疣患者复发的有效手段之一,其血清IL-2、CXCL14水平可能与其复发有关。

Objective To study the effect of photodynamic therapy(PDT) combined withautoimplantation on female patients with recurrent condylomaacuminatum(CA), and explore the impact on the serum levels of IL-2 and CXCL14. Methods The 80 female patients with recurrent CA were selected in the outpatient of dermatology department in Yichang No. 3 Hospital from August 2015 to August 2017. The patients were randomly divided into two groups by the table of random numbers. The combined treatment group was treated with microwave ablation after autoimplantation, and combined with PDT for three times. The control group was treated with microwave combined with PDT for three times. The serum levels of IL-2 and CXCL14 were detected by ELISA. Results After 6 months′ follow-up, 35 cases were cured in the combined treatment group with the cure rate of 87.5%, and the recurrence times were(1.58±0.74) times during the follow-up;29 cases were cured in the control group with the cure rate of 72.5%, and the recurrence times were(2.91±1.03) times during the follow-up. The serum levels of IL-2 and CXCL14 were lower in the combined treatment group and the control group before treatment than healthy subjects, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The serum levels of IL-2 and CXCL14 in the combined treatment group after treatment were higher than those before treatment, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusions PDT combined with autoimplantation is one of the effective methods to prevent the recurrence of female patients with recurrent CA, and the serum levels of IL-2 and CXCL14 may be related to the recurrence of CA.
