摘要 本文的主要目的是研究基于BIM的建筑专业施工图自动审查系统及其关键技术,以促进施工图设计审查向自动化方式转变。利用计算机对BIM施工图进行审查,可自动发现施工图中存在的设计问题,弥补审图机构人工审图流程中的多种弊端,提高审图质量和审查效率,同时促进审图工作全程无纸化目标的实现。本文分析了基于BIM的建筑专业施工图自动审查系统实现的流程框架,阐述了集成运用BIM技术、本体技术、识别推理技术等实现BIM施工图自动识别与审查的可行性。该系统可通过对建筑专业BIM施工图进行识别及推理,实现相关技术参数的自动提取,通过与结构化的规范条文进行对比,发现施工图中存在的设计错误,实现从BIM施工图到审查清单输出的自动化。 This paper aims to support the automatic code compliance checking for architecture design drawings by utilizing BIM and relevant technologies.Design problems existing in the construction drawings can be detected automatically to reduce errors made in manual review process.This method can improve the quality and efficiency of review process.The introduction of computer technology can promote the plan review work to be paperless.This paper analyzes the system framework of automatic code compliance checking,and the feasibility of integrating relevant technologies such as BIM,ontology,identification and reasoning technology.Through recognizing and reasoning construction drawings in BIM environment,required technical parameters can be automatically extracted and compared with the standard.Then design errors existing in the drawings can be recognized.An automatic code compliance checking process,from BIM construction drawings to review output,can be realized.
