摘要
目的:探讨柔性护理在精神科电话回访中的应用效果,分析其对于患者家属的价值。方法:选取笔者所在医院精神科2017年4月-2018年10月收治的250例患者作为研究对象,分为观察组(柔性护理)和对照组(常规电话回访),各125例,比较两组患者家属满意度及其对护理知识和护理技巧掌握情况。结果:观察组患者家属护理满意度(96.0%)高于对照组(86.4%),观察组护理知识掌握良好率(95.2%)、护理技巧掌握良好率(93.6%)均高于对照组(73.6%、74.4%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:柔性护理在精神科电话回访中的应用,能够为患者提供人性化的护理服务,进而提高患者家属护理知识及技巧掌握程度,提高患者家属护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the application effect of flexible nursing in psychiatric telephone return visit,and to analyze its value to patients’ families.Method:A total of 250 psychiatric patients in our hospital from April 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the observation group(flexible nursing) and the control group(routine telephone return visit),with 125 cases in each group.The satisfaction of family members of the two groups and their mastery of nursing knowledge and skills were compared.Result:The nursing satisfaction of family members in the observation group(96.0%) was higher than that in the control group(86.4%),the good rate of nursing knowledge in the observation group(95.2%) and the good rate of nursing skills in the observation group(93.6%) were higher than those in the control group(73.6%,74.4%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the flexible nursing in the follow-up of the psychiatric telephone can provide a human-friendly nursing service for the patients,and further improve the nursing knowledge and the skill of the family of the patients,and improve the nursing satisfaction of the family of the patients.
