高校科技创新能力的促进方法

高校科技创新能力是衡量一所高校综合实力的重要因素之一,高校科技创新的主导者不仅是高校教师,同时高校领导者也应做出全面的部署,为高校科技创新提供支持。促进高校科技创新能力应是每一所高校领导者和高校教师应全面考虑的问题,故应在鼓励教师科技创新、促进科技成果转化、有效搭建校企合作、提升高校科技管理者的水平和设立相应科技创新进步奖励方面做文章。
