中医护理在胃脘痛患者院内护理中的应用

The Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing in Hospital Nursing of Patients with Epigastric Pain

目的探讨中医护理在胃脘痛患者院内护理中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月—2019年1月来萍乡市中医院进行治疗的胃脘痛患者60例,按照护理方案不同分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上接受中医护理,比较2组患者疗程结束后治疗效果、护理满意度以及治疗前与疗程结束时中医证候积分、生活质量变化情况。结果观察组患者疗程结束后总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者疗程结束时胃脘胀满评分、胃脘疼痛评分、纳呆少食评分、反酸嗳气评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者疗程结束时躯体功能评分、心理功能评分、社会功能评分、总体健康评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理人性化评分、基础护理质量评分、专科护理质量评分、舒适度评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医护理能够改善胃脘痛患者症状体征和生活质量,提高治疗效果和护理服务质量,值得临床推荐。

Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in hospital nursing of patients with epigastric pain. Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with epigastric pain treated in our hospital from November 2017 to November 2018 were collected. They were divided into observation group of 30 cases and control group of 30 cases according to different nursing schemes. The patients in control group received routine nursing,while the patients in observation group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The therapeutic effect,nursing satisfaction and TCM symptoms before and after treatment,the change of waiting points and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of epigastric distention,epigastric pain,starvation,and acid regurgitation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of physical function,psychological function and social function in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at the end of the treatment,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The the nursing humanization score,basic nursing quality score,specialist nursing quality score and comfort score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion TCM nursing can improve the symptoms,signs and quality of life of patients with epigastric pain,improve the treatment effect and quality of nursing service,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
