培养具有创新和实践能力的高素质实用技能型人才是食品类专业人才培养目标之一,而实习基地的建设对本专业学生实用技能培养和和就业具有至关重要的作用,为此,本文从探究实习基地建设现状入手,分析实习基地建设的重要性,以实用技能培养和就业为目标,阐述了实习基地的建设举措,为地方高校食品类专业实用技能型人才培养提供参考和依据。

Cultivating high-quality practical skilled talents with innovative and practical abilities is one of the training objectives of food specialty, and the construction of practice bases plays an important role in the training and employment of practical skills for students of this major. Therefore, this paper starts with exploring the current situation of the construction of practice bases and analyses the importance of the construction of practice bases, aiming at practical skills training and employment, this paper expounds the construction measures of practice base, which provides reference and basis for the training of practical skills talents of food specialty in local colleges and universities.
