摘要
通过对城市水环境综合整治目标与需求的梳理,从宏观尺度上分析了城市水环境整治的工程原理,提出了解决城市水环境整治的工程途径和技术方法,根据各类治理技术的对象和功能,构建了城市水环境整治技术体系,为不同适用技术的选择提供了理论指导,并基于工程原理与解决途径提出了城市水环境综合整治系统性方案的编制方法。
On the basis of the objectives and demand for comprehensive improvement of urban water environment,the engineering principles of urban water environment treatment are analyzed from the macro-scale,and the engineering approaches and technical methods to solve the problem of urban water environment treatment are put forward.According to the objects and functions of various treatment technologies,the technical system of urban water environment treatment is constructed,which provides theoretical guidance for the selection of different applicable technologies for the targeted cities.Based on the engineering principles and solutions,the paper puts forward the compilation method of the systematic scheme for the comprehensive treatment of urban water environment.
