农户对乡村振兴战略的认知、基础评价及其影响因素

Farmers’ Cognition,Foundation Evaluation and Influencing Factors on Rural Revitalization Strategy

为乡村振兴战略规划的基层、微观决策提供具有针对性和可操作性的参考依据,基于3省(市)289份农户调查数据,运用因子分析法和OPOBIT与OLS模型,从微观视角分析农户对乡村振兴战略的认知、信心与基础评价。结果表明:农户对乡村振兴战略的认知处于不了解、信心一般的水平,提升空间较大;农户重视而评价较低的维度是生活富裕、生态宜居和治理有效,应是乡村振兴战略的优先维度;农户年龄和文化素质、家庭是否拥有计算机和高中及以上人口比重、村干部身份、人均收入水平和非农收入比重等因素对农户乡村振兴战略的认知、信心和基础评价的影响较大。促进乡村振兴战略的实施需发挥农户主体作用、注重优先序和明晰切入点。

The purpose of this paper is to provide a targeted and operable reference basis for the grass-roots and micro decision-making of the strategic planning of rural revitalization. Based on the survey data of 289 peasant households in three provinces (cities),and the factor analysis method,and OPOBIT and OLS model are used. From a micro perspective,in this paper the authors analyzes farmers’ cognition,confidence and basic evaluation of rural revitalization strategy. Results: Farmers’ cognition of rural revitalization strategy is at a level of ignorance and general confidence,and there is a lot of space for improvement. The dimension of farmers’ attention and low evaluation is affluence,ecological livability and effective governance,which should be the priority dimension of rural revitalization strategy. The cognition of farmers’ rural revitalization strategy is greatly affected by the factors such as the age and cultural quality of farmers,whether the family has computers,proportion of high school and above population,the identity of village cadres,the level of per capita income and the proportion of non-agricultural income. To promote the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,we need to give full play to the main role of farmers,pay attention to priority and clear entry point.
