摘要
针对目前智能水表抄表系统存在传输距离短、覆盖范围小、穿透力不强、数据传输稳定性差等问题,提出一种基于窄带物联网(NB-IoT)的智能水表抄表系统。对系统的框架结构进行了总体设计;对系统的硬件和软件的主要模块进行了介绍,硬件方面,主要包括STM32主控模块、采集模块、BC95无线通信模块以及电源模块等;软件方面主要包括BC95模块通信模块和集中器主控模块等。对系统实测结果表明:基于窄带物联网智能水表抄表系统具有传输距离长、覆盖范围广、穿透力强、数据稳定、功耗低等优点,该研究对供水公司技术变革实现智能化管理起到积极的影响。
Aiming at the problems of short transmission distance,small coverage area, weak penetration and poor stability of data transmission in current intelligent water meter reading system,an intelligent water meter reading system based on narrow-band Internet of things(NB-IoT)is proposed.Firstly,the overall framework of the system is designed. Then the main modules of the hardware and software of the system are introduced,including STM32 main control module,acquisition module,BC95 wireless communication module and power module, etc.The software mainly includes BC95 module communication module and concentrator main control module,etc.Finally,practical results on system show that the intelligent meter reading system based on NB-IoT has the advantages of long transmission distance,wide coverage area,strong penetration,stable data and low power consumption,which has a positive impact on the intelligent management of water supply companies.
