从汾河水库泥沙淤积变化看上游水保治理成效 被引量:4

摘要 通过汾河水库建库运行40年中年降水、年来水量、水库泥沙淤积等实测资料比较分析,指出水库在1991~2000年的10年内降水减少情况下,年来水量增加,水库淤积显著减少,说明1987年以来进行的上游水土保持治理成效显著,效益巨大。 Thougth the analysis of 40 years data measured concerning precipitation,runoff and sedimentation of reservoir after completion of the Fenhe Reservoir,it is found that during last ten years(1991~2000),under the condition that the precipitation decreased,the reservoir inflow instead of decreasing increased and also found that under the condition that the reservoir inflow increased,the sedimentation of the reservoir decreased notably instead of increasing.These phenomena are contrary to the general rule that the greater the amount of precipitation,the greater in amount is the annual reservoir inflow,and the greater the annual reservoir inflow,the greater in amount is the sedimentation of the reservoir.Showing the fact that the soil and water conservation which had been implemented since 1987 in upstream of the Fenhe Reservoir has achieved remarkable results and great benefits.The Fenhe Reservoir,total capacity,721000000m3,is on the Fenhe River,Shanxi,it is the second large tributary of the Yellow River.The drainage area above the dam is 5268km2.The Fenhe Reservoir was completed in 1961.
