介绍在注塑模的辅助结构设计、辅助工程分析和辅助形体加工全过程中,UG软件都可发挥巨大的作用,这种作用既贯彻了整体化、系统化、智能化的设计理念,又贯彻了精确性、快速性、有效性的加工规范,可以大为提高注塑模的设计水平和加工质量,值得推广和普及。
In the course of CAD/CAE/CAM of injection mold, UGsoftware plays an important role. It is demonstrated that the UGsoftware is recognized by its integration, systemization and intelli-gence in the design, and characterized by its accuracy, flexibilityand validity in machining planning, therefore it is promotive in theimprovement of design and quality control for injection mold, andcan be found to be popular in various industries applications.
