非淀粉多糖酶对蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的影响 被引量:7

Effect of non-starch polysaccharide enzyme on production performance and egg quality of laying hens

摘要 选用体重相近、体质健康的30周龄农大3号产蛋鸡160只,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,其中A组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮,B组、C组和D组为试验组,在基础日粮的基础上分别添加复合酶1、复合酶2和复合酶3,添加量均为100 g/t,试验期为5周,研究不同非淀粉多糖酶对蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的影响。结果表明:在生产性能方面,与对照组相比,添加复合酶2、3能极显著降低耗料量(P<0.01),分别降低了2.86%、2.12%;复合酶2能够显著降低料蛋比(P<0.05),降低了21.67%。对于平均蛋重和产蛋率的影响,3种复合酶效果优于对照组,但3种复合酶之间差异不显著。在哈氏单位方面,日粮中添加非淀粉多糖复合酶2、3有明显的效果,分别提高了9.19%(P<0.01)、5.53%(P<0.05);在蛋黄重方面,添加复合酶1、2组优于复合酶3组,三组分别提高了18.98%(P<0.05)、16.87%(P<0.05)、9.49%(P>0.05)。综合考虑,复合酶2的应用效果较好。 160 healthy laying hens of 30-week-old Nongda 3 with similar weight were selected in the ex-periment, and the hens were divided into four groups randomly. Each group has 4 repeats, in which groupA was the control group, only fed the basal diet, group B, group C and D were the experinental groups, andNSP enzyme compound 1, compound 2 and compound 3 were added into the basal diet at the dosage of100 g/t, to study the effects of different non-starch polysaccharides(NSP) enzyme on production perfor-mance and egg quality of hens with corn-soybean diets.The experiment lasted for five weeks.Results indi-cate: in production performance, compared with the control group,compound 2 and compound 3 can signifi-cantly improve the feed intake(P<0.01), down by 2.86%, 2.12%,compound 2 can significantly decrease thefeed egg ratio(P<0.05), decreased by 21.67%. As for the average egg weight and egg production rate, 3kinds of compounds are better than that in the control group, but no differences exist between the 3 com-pounds. Haugh unit in compound 2 and compound 3 was significantly higher than in that other groups, in-creased by 9.19%(P<0.01),5.53%(P<0.05) respectively; yolk relative weight in compound 1 and compound3 were better than that in compound 2, increased respectively by 18.98%(P<0.05),16.87%(P<0.05),9.49%(P>0.05). In general consideration, NSP enzyme in compound 2 is the best of the three.
