摘要
舱门密封带是柔韧性和变形能力很好的功能件,是飞机舱门设计中的关键部件。文章阐述了飞机舱门设计中常用的密封带形式,并对其一一进行介绍。结合国际两大飞机公司采用的密封形式,对舱门密封带形式的选择给出了推荐建议,并对密封件的材料选用进行了初步介绍。最后结合已有民用飞机机型的设计经验,对舱门密封带的设计提出了设计准则。
The door seal is a functional part that can be well flexile and deformable.It is the critical part of the door.The paper mainly provides the style of seals that are often used on the door and introduced them one by one.According to two international aircraft company adopted seal style,the choice of seal style suggestions are given.Furthermore,seal material selection are introduced.At last,at the basis of experience about aircraft which have been serviced,the paper brings forward the design guide of the door seal.
