钢渣细骨料级配混凝土抗压强度影响 被引量:3

摘要 通过钢渣细骨料与天然骨料混合级配抗压强度对比试验,研究钢渣混凝土细骨料级配曲线和Fuller曲线与钢渣混凝土之间的关系。试验结果表明:当钢渣砂内部的f-CaO含量较小时,其坚固性也得到改善;混合骨料配置的混凝土,应保证每一种骨料均在级配区间内;经过人工调配后的混合细骨料(S-2和S-3),比未经级配调整的细骨料更加贴合Fuller曲线;合理级配下的钢渣混凝土较未级配的轨枕混凝土在抗压强度和增强值上有所提高;骨料细度模数的增加,对于混凝土的抗压强度和增强值方面有很大帮助。 The grading curve of the steel slag concrete fine aggregate and the relationship between the Fuller curve and the steel slag concrete was studied by comparing the compressive strength of the steel slag fine aggregate with the natural aggregate. The experiment shows: When the content of f-CaO inside the steel slag sand is small, the firmness is improved;the concrete with mixed aggregate configuration should ensure that each aggregate is in the gradation interval;the finely divided aggregate after manual blending(S-2 and S-3) are more suitable for Fuller curve than fine aggregates without grading adjustment;steel slag concrete under reasonable grading has higher compressive strength and enhancement value than ungraded sleeper concrete under the same conditions, the increase of aggregate fineness modulus is very helpful for the compressive strength and reinforcement value of concrete.
