某型粉锻连杆成形压机模架的结构分析与改进 被引量:2

Structural analysis and improvement of the die set of a type of powder forged connecting rod press

摘要 粉末成形压机在生产过程中的工作平稳性直接影响到产品质量和生产效率的高低。针对某型粉锻连杆压机模架在工作中存在变形较大,影响压机工作平稳性和产品一致性等问题,应用Pro/E三维建模软件建立了模架装配体模型,并将其导入ABAQUS有限元分析软件建立了模架有限元分析模型,采用有限元分析法研究了压机模架工作时的应力分布状态和位移量,找出了结构的薄弱环节,在此基础上,考虑经济、适用的原则,确定了对模架尺寸结构进行优化改进的方案。减小了阴模板到下模板的距离,适当增加了下模板尺寸和导柱间距,增大了模冲模板组件中垫圈的直径尺寸。结构改进后,模架的下一、下二、下三模冲模板组件中的最大应力较改进前分别减小了33%、21%、43%,模架的最大总体位移较改进前减小了64%。改进后的模架的强度得到大幅提高,整体刚度得到显著增强,工作稳定性可得到有效改善,为该款压机模架的实际改进提供了可行方案。 The smoothness of powder forming press in the production process directly affects the product quality and production efficiency.Aiming at the problems of large deformation in the die frame of a powder forging connecting rod press,which affects the working stability and product consistency of the press,the assembly model of the die frame is established by using Pro/E three-dimensional modeling software,and the finite element analysis model of the die frame is established by introducing it into ABAQUS finite element analysis software.The stress distribution and displacement of the die frame of the press are analyzed,and the weak links of the structure are found out.On this basis,considering the principle of economy and applicability,a scheme for optimizing and improving the die frame size structure is determined.The distance between the negative template and the lower template is reduced,the size of the lower template and the distance between the guide pillars are appropriately increased,and the diameter of the washer in the die-punching template assembly is increased.After the structure is improved,the maximum stress of the lower one,the lower two and the lower three die punching template components is reduced by 33%,21%and 43%respectively,and the maximum overall displacement of the mould frame is reduced by 64%compared with that before the improvement.The strength and overall stiffness of the improved die frame have been greatly improved,and the working stability can be effectively improved,which provides a feasible scheme for the actual improvement of the die frame of this press.
