摘要
信息技术的快速发展和医院管理理念的更新,要求医院信息系统的建设与之相适应的发展和更新。作者认为医院信息系统应从传统的人、财、物管理为主的模式逐步转向面向管理、面向医疗、面向病人三位一体的管理模式。强调经济核算、业务技术汇集、交流与信息共享、支持导医咨询、费用查询等便民服务,进一步提高医院工作质量、效率和现代化管理水平。
The fast development of information technology and the renovation of hospital management conception promote the development and construction of hospital information system (HIS). The authors suggest the model of HIS should be changed to service for management, medical treatment, and patients from conventional fashion focused on human, finance, and goods. The new model must emphasize on convenient services for patients, such as economy accounting, operation technology exchange, information share, medical guide and consultation, inquire about expenditure. Depended on the HIS, the hospital managers can further improve the quality, efficiency, and modern management level.
