公立高校教育成本的补偿方式应该以国家加大投资为主 ,而民办和私立高校教育成本的补偿也应由国家适当予以投资 ,以增强民办和私立高校的生存和竞争能力 ,更好地服务社会。

The education cost of the state-maintained colleges and universities is required to be compensated mainly by the state's enlarging investments.While the state is required to give proper investments to private colleges and universities or run by local people to compensate their education costs in order to strengthen their capability of existence and competition. So they can serve the socity better.
