中国台湾地区非营利组织在东南亚地区的运作及其影响

The Operation and Influence of NGOs of Taiwan (China) in Southeast Asia

中国台湾当局将非营利组织作为实施“新南向政策”的重要推手,通过各种措施支持非营利组织在东南亚地区开展活动、扩大影响。非营利组织为了配合和支持台湾当局的对外政策,主动与当地官方和民众建立关系,并与国际非营利组织及台商企业谋求合作,培养非营利组织在当地的人才力量。中国台湾地区非营利组织在东南亚不仅在于展现民间力量,更在于扩大中国台湾地区在东南亚地区的实际影响力。对此,大陆方面要采取有效措施,防范和应对来自中国台湾地区民间力量在拓展中国台湾“对外关系”上的挑战。

The Taiwan authority of China regards NGOs as an important promoter in the implementation of the“New Southward”policy,and supports NGOs to carry out activities and expand their influence in Southeast Asia through various measures.In order to cooperate with and support the foreign policy of Taiwan authority,NGOs actively establish relationships with local officials and the public,and seek cooperation with international NGOs and Taiwan Residents companies to cultivate NGOs’local talents.The NGOs of Taiwan(China)in Southeast Asia not only display the folk power,but also expand its actual influence in Southeast Asia.In this regard,the mainland should take effective measures to guard against and respond to the challenges of non-governmental forces from Taiwan(China),in expanding Taiwan’s foreign relations.
