摘要
增压叶轮是涡轮发动机的关键零部件,以增压叶轮逆向设计为依据,深入研究了逆向设计及五轴编程与后处理等关键技术,打通了正向设计与逆向设计通道,提高了关键设备核心零部件的加工效率,并缩短了生产周期,为逆向工程技术与五轴加工技术提供了一种非常有效的方法。
Turbocharged impeller is the key component of turbo-engine.Based on the reverse design of turbo-impeller,the key technologies of reverse design and five-axis programming and post-processing are studied.The channel of forward design and reverse design is opened up,and the production cycle and processing efficiency of the core components in key equipment are improved.It provides a powerful and effective method for reverse engineering technology and five-axis processing technology.
