摘要
新零售背景下生鲜电商市场渗透率较低,众多商家纷纷试水O2O社区店,然而受资本制约、用户消费习惯等因素影响,生鲜电商O2O社区店的商业模式还处于初级阶段。文中探讨了新零售背景下生鲜电商O2O社区店的商业逻辑与经营体系,并分析其商业模式,探讨了O2O社区店商业模式实施的保障措施,为生鲜电商O2O社区店的发展提供建议及参考。
Under the new retail background,the penetration rate of fresh e-commerce market is low.Many merchants have tried the O2O community stores.However,due to factors such as capital constraints and user consumption habits,the business model of fresh e-commerce O2O community stores is still in the primary stage.This paper discusses the business logic and management system of fresh E-commerce O2O community store under the background of new retail,analyzes its business model,discusses the safeguard measures for the implementation of O2O community store business model,and provides certain support for the development of O2O community store.
