论边缘学习群体之成因——反思新课程理念下的边缘性问题

摘要 边缘学习群体在任何时候都存在,其成因是多方面的。在教学中,既不能舍本逐末,片面追求课堂形式的创新,又不能忽略边缘学习群体,更不能以单一的评价模式压制边缘学习群体的学习积极性。在新课改进程中,我们更要关注边缘学习群体,给他们最大限度的帮助。既夯实基础知识的教学,突出基本技能的训练,又重视边缘学习群体的困境,营造平等和谐的教学氛围,更要改革单一的评价机制,提高边缘学习群体的积极性和能动性,使最广大的学生从新课改中获益。 The marginal learning group exists at all times and its causes are multifaceted.In teaching,we should not pursue one-sided innovation of classroom forms,leading to the neglect of the marginal learning group and the suppression of their learning enthusiasm with a single evaluation mode.In the new curriculum reform,we should pay more attention to the marginal learning group,and give them the maximum help,not only consolidating the teaching of basic knowledge and highlighting the training of basic skills,but also paying attention to the dilemma of the marginal learning group and creating an equal and harmonious teaching atmosphere.In addition,it is necessary to reform the single evaluation mechanism to improve the enthusiasm and initiative of the marginal learning group,so that all students benefit from the new curriculum reform.
