不同种源和不同基质对三叶青产量的影响 被引量:8

Influence of different provenances and different matrices on the yield of Tetrastigma hemsleyanum

摘要 为了解决目前三叶青(Tetrastigma hemsleyanum)人工栽培产量低的难题,开展不同种源的三叶青苗木和不同土壤基质在油茶林下进行仿野生套种栽培试验,结果表明:浙江省遂昌县本地的三叶青苗存活率最好达95.00%,比最差的浙江省衢江区高出14.37%,不同种源种苗块根产量最好的浙江省遂昌县均值21.646 g·袋^-1,比最差的浙江省婺城区高出13.411 g·袋^-1;油茶林下腐殖土作基质的三叶青苗存活率最好达92.00%,比最差的70%菌棒废料+30%黄心土高出5.00%,不同土壤基质块根产量最好的是专用基质和油茶林下腐殖土分别为19.98 g·袋^-1、19.20 g·袋^-1,比最差的70%菌棒废料+30%黄心土高出9.02 g·袋^-1和8.24 g·袋^-1。由此可见,在油茶林下进行仿野生套种三叶青的培育经营中,要获得稳产丰产,当地的种苗和既经济又方便的油茶林下腐殖土作土壤基质值得推广。 To solve the current problem of low yield of Tetrastigma hemsleyanum in artificial cultivation,interplanting cultivation experiments were performed by using T.hemsleyanum seedlings from different producing areas and under different soil matrices in Camellia oleifera forest.The results showed that,the best survival rate of T.hemsleyanum seedlings from local Suichang County,Zhejiang Province reached 95.00%,which was 14.37%higher than that from the worst Qujiang District,Zhejiang Province,and the average root yield of the seedlings from different producing areas in the best Suichang County,Zhejiang Province was 21.646 g per bag,which was 13.411 g per bag higher than that in the worst Wucheng District,Zhejiang Province;and the best survival rate of T.hemsleyanum seedlings under the humus soil matrix in C.oleifera forest reached 92.00%,which was 5.00%higher than that under the worst 70%mushroom-stick waste+30%yellow soil,and the best root yield of the seedlings under different soil matrices was the special matrix and the humus soil matrix in C.oleifera forest,with the root yield of 19.98 g per bag and 19.20 g per bag,respectively,which was 9.02 g per bag and 8.24 g per bag higher than that under the worst 70%mushroom-stick waste+30%yellow soil,respectively.Thus it can be seen that,during the cultivation and management of interplanting T.hemsleyanum in C.oleifera forest,it is worth to popularize the local seedling and the economical and convenient humus soil matrix,so as to gain a stable and high yield.
