摘要
以线性累积疲劳损伤理论为基础,提出以路面基层层底拉应力为控制指标,并考虑不同基层材料以及层间接触条件的水稳碎石基层疲劳寿命预估方法。利用云南地区轴载调查记录和气温数据,计算全年不同温度区间、不同轴载等级下路面基层层底拉应力,并以此为依据预估基层疲劳寿命。计算结果表明,掺加聚乙烯醇纤维水泥稳定碎石基层疲劳寿命为普通水泥稳定碎石基层的2.6~3倍,层间光滑状态时基层疲劳寿命仅为层间连续状态下的0.1倍。
Based on the theory of linear cumulative fatigue damage,a fatigue life prediction method of cement stabilized macadam base course of asphalt pavement was proposed,which took the bottom tension stress of pavement base course as the control index,considered different base materials and interlayer contact conditions.Based on the axle load investigation records and temperature data in Yunnan,the bottom tension stress of pavement base course under different temperature intervals and different axle load grades was calculated,and introduced into predicting the fatigue life of pavement base course.The results show that the fatigue life of cement stabilized macadam base with polyvinyl alcohol fiber is 2.6-3 times that of ordinary cement stabilized macadam base,and the fatigue life of the base with smooth interlayer contact condition is only 0.1 of that with the continuous interlayer contact condition.
