摘要
为建立一种便捷、快速测定饲料中镉的新方法,样品微波消解后,用鲁米诺-高锰酸钾(Luminol-KMnO4)化学发光差异加标法测定镉。结果表明:鲁米诺溶液的浓度为4×10^-5 mol/l,高锰酸钾浓度为5×10^-6 mol/l,1.124μg/l镉标准溶液加入1.00 ml和2.00 ml时效果较好。饲料中镉质量分数在0.056 0~0.657 0μg/g,平均回收率大于98%。该法不需要绘制标准曲线和测定空白溶液,快速简便,成本低廉,为饲料中重金属镉的检测提供了新技术,具有一定的创新性和实用价值。
To establish a convenient and rapid method for determination of cadmium in feed,cadmium was determined by luminol-potassium permanganate(Luminol-KMnO4)chemiluminescence with adding different amounts of standard solution after the samples were digested by microwave.The results showed that:the luminol solution concentration was 4×10^-5 mol/l,potassium permanganate was 5×10^-6 mol/l,at the same time when 1.124μg/l cadmium standard solution was added into 1.00 ml and 2.00 ml,the effect was better.The cadmium content in feed was 0.056 0~0.657 0μg/g,the average re?covery was more than 98 percent.The method does not require the drawing of standard curves and the determination of blank solutions,fast and easy,low cost.It provides a new technique for the detection of heavy metal cadmium in feed,it has certain innovation and practical value.
