摘要
借助2022年北京冬奥会和“三亿人参与冰雪运动”的政策“东风”,我国冰雪体育旅游产业迎来绝佳发展契机。文章基于波特“钻石模型”理论,从生产要素、需求条件、相关及支持性产业,以及企业战略、结构和同行业竞争四大基本要素对当前冰雪体育旅游产业发展现状及存在的问题进行详尽剖析。提出政、协、社、校、企“五位一体”战略布局;完善冰雪体育旅游产业要素结构,扩大产品和服务的有效供给;支持冰雪体育旅游相关产业发展,健全冰雪产业市场体系;加强区域冰雪体育旅游合作,构筑集群化建设新优势的路径选择,藉由为推动产业结构优化升级,加快大众冰雪运动项目普及与深入提供理论参考。
With the help of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics and the"east wind"of policy of"300 million people participating in the ice and snow sports",China's ice and snow sports tourism industry has ushered in an excellent development opportunity.Based on Porter's"Diamond Model"theory,this paper elaborates on the current status and existing problems of the ice and snow sports tourism industry from the four essential elements of production factors,demand conditions,related and supporting industries,as well as corporate strategy,structure and competition in the same industry.This paper puts forward the"five in one"strategic layout of politics,association,society,school and enterprise;improve the structure of ice and snow sports tourism industry,expand the effective supply of products and services;support the development of ice and snow sports tourism related industries,improve the ice and snow industry market system;strengthen the area Ice-snow sports tourism cooperation and to build a new advantage of clustering construction to provide a theoretical reference for promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,as well as speeding up the popularization and deepening of the popular ice and snow sports.
