摘要
为了满足车辆工程专业建设新工科的要求,该文开发了优化转向传动比和转向路感的汽车线控转向系统实验平台。首先,分析了实验平台的设计目标、总体方案和工作原理。然后,进行了驾驶员路感模拟模块、转向执行模块、线控转向控制模块和转向轮转向阻力模拟模块设计和实验平台人机界面设计。最后,分析了路感实验和转向回正实验。实验平台用于汽车电子控制技术等课程实验教学,提高学生的工程意识、实验能力、创新设计能力和产品开发能力。
The experiment platform of automobile steering-by-wire system,which can optimize the steering ratio and steering feel,is developed in order to satisfy the requirements of emerging engineering education of vehicle engineering.Firstly,the design goal,overall scheme and working principle of the experiment platform are elaborated.Secondly,the road feel simulating module,steering actuation module,steering-by-wire control module,steering resistance simulating module,and human-machine interface design of the experiment platform are designed.Finally,the road feel experiment and steering returning experiment based on the experiment platform are carried out to meet the experimental requirements.The experiment platform can be used for experiment teaching of the automobile electronics control technology,etc.It also helps to improve the students’engineering consciousness,experimental ability,innovative design ability,and product development ability.
