摘要
针对内蒙古地区开展技术监督工作时存在的工作形式单一、工作时间短、效率低等问题,内蒙古电力科学研究院设计了风电场技术监督应用管理系统。风电场技术监督应用管理系统由数据访问层、业务逻辑层和功能表现层3层架构组成,包括统计分析模块、培训交流模块、技术监督模块等。通过该系统可解决因被监督单位数量庞大导致监督人员无法及时赶赴现场、风电场监督人员对技术监督职责和范围不够明确,以及技术监督上报资料繁多且无统一标准文件格式和要求等问题。该系统的应用实现了技术监督各专业工作的标准划分及管理,规范了技术监督试验项目、试验计划及审批管理流程。并通过该系统建立了技术培训交流平台,可有效提升技术监督工作执行效率,指导风电企业建立、健全风电场技术监督体系及主要设备技术档案,为风电场技术监督工作提供技术支持。
Aiming at the problems of single working form,short working time and low efficiency of technology supervision in Inner Mongolia,the application management system for wind farm technology supervision is designed by Inner Mongolia Power Research Institute.It includes data access layer,logic profession layer,and functional presentation layer.Its functional modules include statistical analysis module,training exchange module,technical supervision module,etc.Through the system,problems existing in technology supervision can be solved.It realizes the standard division and management of all the professional technical supervision work,and standardizes the technical supervision test project,test plan and approval management process.The technical training platform is established.It can effectively improve the efficiency of technology supervision,and guide wind power enterprises to establish and improve the technology supervision system and technical files of major equipments,and provide technical support for technology supervision of wind farms.
